- Real signal foundation — Personas are grounded in conversation data from validation. When the persona says "targets VP of Engineering at mid-market SaaS companies," it is because those profiles showed the strongest demand signals.
- Pain point mapping — Each persona includes the specific pain points your market expressed, ranked by frequency and intensity. These feed directly into outreach messaging.
- Competitor customer analysis — HolyShift identifies who your competitors' customers are and uses that to refine your persona. If a competitor's testimonials are full of marketing directors at e-commerce companies, that tells you something about your market.
