Workspace Overview

A workspace is your team's home in HolyShift. It's where your projects, team members, and subscription settings live — everything organized under one roof.

What is a workspace?

Think of a workspace as your organization's account. When you sign up for HolyShift, you create a workspace. Every project you create, every team member you invite, and every subscription change happens inside that workspace.

One workspace per organization. If you're a solo founder, your workspace is just yours. If you're a team, everyone shares the same workspace and sees the same projects, research, and data.

What's inside a workspace

Your workspace contains:

How workspaces and projects relate

Workspace (your organization)
├── Project A (your SaaS idea)
│ ├── Validation data
│ ├── Landing page
│ ├── Market intelligence
│ └── Leads
├── Project B (your marketplace idea)
│ ├── Validation data
│ ├── Landing page
│ ├── Market intelligence
│ └── Leads
└── Settings & Billing

Each project is independent — its validation data, landing page, leads, and intelligence are all scoped to that specific idea. But they all live under your workspace and share your subscription plan.

FAQ

Can I have multiple workspaces?

Currently, each account belongs to one workspace. If you need separate workspaces for different organizations, use separate accounts.

Who can see my workspace?

Only people you've explicitly invited. Your data is private by default.

What happens if I delete my workspace?

Deleting a workspace permanently removes all projects, data, and team member access. This action cannot be undone. See manage workspaces for details.
