Publishing

[Live]

One click to go live. Your page gets a custom subdomain instantly.

When your landing page looks right in the preview, publishing is a single click. HolyShift deploys your page to a custom subdomain at yourname.holyshift.ai — live, indexed, and ready to collect leads.

How to publish

  1. Finish editing — make sure your page looks good in both desktop and mobile preview
  2. Click Publish — the publish button is at the top of the Build interface
  3. Choose your slug — pick a subdomain name that becomes yourslug.holyshift.ai. Use your product name, brand, or something short and memorable
  4. Confirm — your page goes live immediately

That's it. No build step, no deployment pipeline, no DNS configuration. Your page is live at the URL you chose within seconds.

What happens when you publish

When you click Publish, HolyShift:

Everything described in the SEO overview is applied automatically at publish time.

Choosing your slug

Your slug is the subdomain name that becomes your page's URL. A few guidelines:

You can change your slug later, but keep in mind that the old URL will stop working and any shared links will break.

Updating your page

Already published and want to make changes? Go back to the Build tab, make your edits through the chat editor, and click Publish again. Your live page updates in place — same URL, same slug, no downtime. Visitors see the new version immediately.

There's no separate "draft" and "production" state. Every publish overwrites the current live page. If you want to save a checkpoint before making big changes, version history (coming soon) will handle that.

What you get with every published page

FAQ

Can I unpublish my page?

Yes. Go to Build settings and click Unpublish. Your page will be taken offline and the subdomain will show a 404. You can republish at any time.

Is HTTPS included?

Yes. All HolyShift subdomains are served over HTTPS with a valid SSL certificate. No configuration needed.

Can I have multiple landing pages per project?

Currently, each project supports one published landing page. Multi-page support is on the roadmap.

How fast do pages load?

Fast. With purged CSS (typically under 15KB), optimized HTML, and no JavaScript frameworks, HolyShift pages load in under 2 seconds on most connections. This is good for both user experience and SEO.

Can I use my own domain instead of a subdomain?

Custom domain support is coming soon. For now, all pages are published to yourslug.holyshift.ai.
