Landing Page to Leads

Convert page visitors into qualified leads and start outreach.

[Live]

Overview

Your landing page is live and collecting signups. Now you need to scale beyond organic traffic. This workflow connects the Build and Grow pillars — using your live page as the foundation for active lead generation and outreach. Instead of waiting for prospects to find you, you go find them.

The Workflow

1. Set Up Lead Capture

Verify that your landing page has lead capture forms active. HolyShift pages include built-in lead capture with UTM tracking and CSV export. Check your form fields — at minimum, collect email. Consider adding company name and role if your outreach will be personalized.

2. Use Leads Search to Find Prospects

Navigate to Grow > Leads Search in your project. HolyShift's lead generation pipeline takes over:

See Finding Leads for the step-by-step tutorial.

3. Send Outreach

With your verified lead list exported, begin outreach through the channels that match your audience:

4. Track Responses

Monitor which outreach messages get opened, clicked, and replied to. Use response data to refine your messaging — double down on what works, drop what does not.

5. The Growth Flywheel

As outreach drives traffic to your landing page and conversations convert to customers, you generate more data:

Each cycle produces better data, which produces better outreach, which produces better results. This is the growth flywheel: Validate, Build, Grow, learn, repeat.

FAQ

Should I start outreach before my page gets organic traffic? Yes. Do not wait for organic traffic to come to you. Active outreach with a live landing page is how early-stage products get their first customers. The page gives you credibility; outreach gives you reach.

How do I know which outreach channel to use? Start with email for B2B outreach — it scales and is measurable. Add LinkedIn if your prospects are active there. Use Reddit if your market has strong community presence in relevant subreddits. You do not need all three at once.

What if my outreach is not getting responses? Revisit your messaging. Check that your emails lead with the pain points from your validation data, not with your product features. A/B test subject lines. If response rates remain low after testing, the issue may be targeting — refine your persona and try a different segment.
