Product Management Discovery: A Step-by-Step Process for AI-Native Startups

You're a UX researcher at an AI-native startup. The founding team just built a large language model feature that summarizes legal contracts in seconds. Everyone is convinced it will be the killer feature. But when you put it in front of actual legal professionals during a pilot, they ignore the summary and scroll straight to the original document.
